At Winged Tycoons, we understand that requirements can change. However, due to the critical nature of aviation safety and traceability, all returns must adhere to the following guidelines to ensure the integrity of the global supply chain.
No returns will be accepted without a pre-approved Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To initiate a return, please contact our Support team at support@wingedtycoons.com within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the component must meet the following criteria:
Due to the high logistical costs associated with AOG (Aircraft on Ground) support, expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. If a part was ordered specifically for an AOG event and is no longer needed, it will be subject to our standard restocking fee.
Unless a return is the result of a shipping error or a documented technical defect, a restocking fee 20% will be applied to cover the costs of re-inspection and administrative processing.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must ensure the parts are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked, insured carrier.
